A plain pak modification that increases the amount of consciousness dust and items dropped from all loot sources. It works standalone without requiring the UE4SS loader or configuration editing.
Available Variants:
- Variant 1.5x provides a mild boost to cut down grinding time.
- Variant 2x doubles the amount of dust and crafting materials gained from every drop.
- Variant 3x triples all loot for players who want to unlock the full upgrade tree faster.
The game stores drop rates across two tables defining rewards from enemy classes and world loot spots. The modification multiplies dust amounts and item quantities in both tables across approximately seventy seven thousand values.
Installation:
- Open the game directory in Steam by right-clicking Phantom Blade Zero, selecting Manage, and choosing Browse local files.
- Navigate to PBZ\ProjectPBZ\Content\Paks and create a folder named tilde mods if it does not already exist.
- Unpack only one chosen variant and place its three files with pak, utoc, and ucas extensions into that folder.
- Launch the game.
Removal and Switching Variants:
- To uninstall, delete the three mod files from the folder.
- To switch to another variant, remove the three old files and copy over the three files of the new variant.
Important Notes:
- Use strictly one variant at a time.
- Do not combine this modification with the reward options in PBZ Tuner AIO to prevent multipliers from multiplying each other.
- The mod replaces only the two loot tables with copies containing higher numerical values without touching save files or other game assets.
- After game updates, native loot tables may change, causing drops to temporarily revert to vanilla amounts until updated mod files are released.
