This modification for Phoenix Point allows players to convert excess experience points into skill points. In the original game, when your soldiers reached the maximum level, they stopped gaining experience and could not develop further without using global skill points. This mod addresses this issue, allowing such soldiers to continue gaining experience in smaller amounts and converting it into personal skills.

The effects of the modification only apply when completing missions.

Installation:

Using Mod Loader

Extract the archive to the Phoenix Point/Mods folder.

Модификация для Phoenix Point позволяет игрокам конвертировать лишние очки опыта в в очки умений. В оригинальной игре при достижении вашими солдатами максимального уровня, они прекращали получать опыт и не могли развиваться дальше без применения глобальных очков умений. Этот мод решает данную проблему, теперь такие солдаты будут продолжать получать опыт в меньших объемах и будут преобразовывать его в личные навыки.

Действия модификации распространяется только при выполнении заданий.
