Postal 2 Redux Won't Be Any Nicer: The Studio Responds to Complaints About Racism in the Original
It took a single social media post for Running With Scissors to remind everyone what Postal exists for in the first place. A user wrote that Postal 2 is the perfect candidate for a remake precisely because "all the racism and shitty political views" make the original dreadful to play through, and that he'd love a version that actually has something to say. The reply from the studio's official account was short: there are plenty of other games out there, carefully crafted to offend as few people as possible. In other words, Postal 2 Redux will offend exactly the same people the original did.

Postal 2 Redux Release Window Officially Revealed
Impact Reality, Flat2VR Studios and Team Beef are rebuilding Postal 2 Redux in Unity 6, aiming to give the 2003 shooter upgraded visuals and VR support when it arrives in spring 2027 on PS5, PS VR2, PS4, PC and Quest. The PC version will be available on Steam.
