Postal: Brain Damaged

A wild spin-off of the cult series, bringing back the spirit of old-school 90s shooters, but with Postal's signature flair. After a head injury, The Dude awakens in a psychiatric hospital where everything has gone awry: an evil nurse is dispensing strange pills to patients, turning them into twisted killers. The world around him is a twisted nightmare, where reality blends with hallucinations, and common sense is left far behind the ward door.

The game features fast-paced, furious action with a retro style, combining absurd humor, bloody carnage, and dark satire. The only way to escape is by shooting everything that dares move. Insane levels, grotesque enemies, and frantic action transform every battle into a veritable carnival of chaos, where madness is the only norm.
