This arcade puzzle game features anime characters hidden behind a water-filled barrier. The player guides a special tool to draw a line back to the edge of the screen, removing part of the barrier; larger sections earn more points. Clearing a stage requires removing at least 75% of the barrier.

Sea creatures try to stop the cuts: if an enemy touches the tool or the line, the tool is lost. Enemies grow stronger as the player progresses, and losing all tools ends the game. The 50 stages feature 13 characters, and each cleared stage adds a commemorative image to the Gallery. The characters gradually remove more clothing, but the game contains no nudity.
