This first-person shooter with horror elements follows the spread of a disease that causes disturbing bodily transformations. The player takes the role of an elite operative sent to investigate an abandoned mountain base and locate the source of the outbreak.

The campaign involves exploring nonlinear levels, searching for secrets and medkits, and fighting numerous enemies and large bosses. The arsenal ranges from conventional firearms to exotic weapons, and a survival mode is also available.
