This adventure horror shooter follows an agent investigating a paranormal lake in Siberia. Its water has turned red, strange events are occurring nearby, and the forester who first noticed the change has stopped communicating. The agent must find out what happened to the forester and what is going on around the lake.
The game has seven levels, including an open area around Red Lake. The player explores the surroundings and completes objectives while trying to survive: the area is relatively safe by day, but shelter must be found before nightfall. Dangerous creatures emerge after dark, and each kind calls for a different approach to fighting or avoiding it.
