The game continues the story of the series, moving the action to a world destroyed by the epidemic. Events unfold three days after the disaster in Rakuga City, where the remnants of civilization are struggling to survive among the infected streets and charred shadows. The main character is Nathan, who must go through the chaos, facing not only hordes of infected, but also the darkness of secrets that hides the past.
