This is a library used by many mods. In the old RimWorld 1.0, the library was included in C# mods, and there was no need to load it as a separate mod. However, versions of RimWorld after 1.0 changed this, and including it in each mod is no longer possible, so it must be loaded before any other mod. Place this mod completely at the top of the mod list and before Core.
