If using Vsync: set Vsync to Off in the game -> enable Vsync in the NVIDIA control panel (or AMD control panel);
If not using Vsync: set FPS to Unlimited in the game -> limit fps in RivaTuner (or NVIDIA control panel or AMD control panel);
Ensure that the game (Stalker2-Win64-Shipping.exe) runs in DirectX 12 mode by adding the -dx12 parameter to the created Shortcut Target (or Steam Launch Options).
