Optimization by degrading graphics (potato mode)

The mod was tested on a Dell 1140h/16GB RAM/3050Ti laptop with 4GB video memory.
It is recommended to manually add the Engine file to the APP folder (\AppData\Local\Stalker2\Saved\Config\Windows) to ensure the same results.
In theory, if you have a more powerful GPU (but not the minimum requirements), you can use better textures.
