This casual hidden-object adventure follows a hero who awakens with no memory in a grim hospital. In Sacra Terra: Angelic Night, demons representing the Seven Deadly Sins have escaped their fiery prison and threaten humanity, while a mysterious spirit known as Angel helps the hero uncover what happened.

The player explores a decaying hospital, a medieval abbey, and eerie catacombs, finding hidden clues and useful items, solving puzzles, and confronting the demons. As the adventure progresses, the secrets of these places—and the story behind Angel—come to light.
