SoulSaverOnline is an MMORPG set in a world where the spirits of the dead and demons threaten the living. A century earlier, countless people committed evil deeds that kept them from passing into the afterlife, and their lingering spirits caused further crimes. Master Taehwa and his twelve pupils sealed the demons in the Temple of Tian Gui, allowing the country to return to peaceful life.

Taehwa’s former pupil Yangak, however, resents Samuk’s succession to the master’s title and seeks power amid a eunuch conspiracy against the young emperor. The forces opposing the demons are divided between the factions of Justice and Chaos.
