This role-playing puzzle game combines match-three battles on a hexagonal grid with a story about an ordinary citizen trying to become a superhero, aided—dubiously—by the pompous Blizzard Wizard. In Vigilance Valley, the aspiring hero encounters supervillains, evil robots, corrupt officials and other unusual characters.

Players create a hero, develop superpowers and fight opponents by matching tiles. Across five acts, the adventure also features seven minigames and a mystery surrounding a shadowy figure seen conspiring with Blizzard Wizard. The story has four different endings.
