Spider-Man & Venom: Maximum Carnage

Spider-Man & Venom: Maximum Carnage — Cletus Kasady, aka the supervillain Carnage, is imprisoned in the Ravencroft Asylum psychiatric hospital. There he learns that the alien symbiote has changed his blood, causing Cletus to create a copy of the symbiote himself (in later issues it was said that the symbiote survived and attached itself to Cletus's head, entering his blood). Casady again becomes Carnage and escapes from prison, simultaneously freeing other supervillains, creating a “family” of killers around him, which includes his beloved Screech and Spider-Man’s evil mutant double Doppelganger, a little later Demogoblin and Carrion. Because of this, Spider-Man is forced to team up with his enemy Venom. At first, alone, later gathering a team of allies, the heroes defeat Carnage and his minions.
