Unlocks all parts for building ships at any shipyard (except Outpost one). Also unlocks parts for space stations for ships.

consult a ship maintenance specialist (do not talk to him);
open the console ( ` );
click on the NPC (make sure you have selected the NPC, check the top middle of the console window, if it does not say NPC, use the mouse scroll wheel until it appears)
enter bat <TextFile>;
without quotes, replace <TextFile> with one of the options below:

shipyardcheat — unlocks ALL shipyard parts, including pirate ones, but not station and unstable ones.
shipyardcorpo — unlocks ALL shipyard parts (DOES NOT include pirate, unstable, and station parts)
shipyardpirate — unlocks cargo and scanning shield suppressors
starstation — unlocks space station parts
shipyardunstable — unlocks EVERYTHING

How to run:

place txt files in the game folder steamapps/common/Starfield.

Разблокирует все детали для строительства кораблей на любой верфи (кроме Outpost one). Также разблокирует детали космических станций для кораблей.

обратитесь к специалисту по обслуживанию кораблей (не разговаривайте с ним);
откройте консоль ( ` );
щелкните на NPC (убедитесь, что вы выбрали NPC, посмотрите на верхнюю середину окна консоли, если там не написано NPC, используйте колесо прокрутки мыши, пока оно не появится)
введите bat <TextFile>;
без кавычек, замените <TextFile> на один из приведенных ниже вариантов:

shipyardcheat — разблокирует ВСЕ части верфи, включая пиратские, но не станционные и нестабильные.
shipyardcorpo — разблокирует ВСЕ части верфи (НЕ включает пиратские, нестабильные и станционные части)
shipyardpirate — разблокирует грузовой и сканирующий глушители щита
starstation — разблокирует части космической станции
shipyardunstable — разблокирует ВСЁ
