Extended Mineral Detector.

Extend the detection range of minerals at the cost of energy consumption. By default, the range is doubled (200 m from 100 m), and energy consumption increases by 150% (0.5 instead of 0.2 per second). Values are adjustable; to change the amount, edit the config.json file.
