A real-time strategy game about World War II battles, in which the player commands Russian, German, French, American, and British armies. Large-scale engagements include urban combat, beach landings, and aerial invasions.

Commanders have infantry, tanks, artillery, and aircraft at their disposal, with up to a thousand units in a scenario. Tactics depend on the terrain, where bridges, buildings, fortifications, and trees can be destroyed. Fortifications and pontoon bridges can also be built, and a map editor is included.
