This browser-based platformer combines levels and core gameplay from Super Mario Bros. with characters from other classic NES games. Each of its eight worlds has four levels: most require reaching a checkpoint, while the final one pits the player against Bowser in an attempt to rescue Princess Peach. Enemies stand in the way, and Mario and Luigi can defeat them by jumping on them or using shells; blocks provide power-ups such as fireballs or temporary invincibility.
At the start of each level, the player chooses an additional character. Their attacks and movement are based on their original games, and the choice also changes the music. The game includes alternate looks for its characters and levels, while collecting coins and points offers a way to pursue a higher score.
