ForestSpawner is a small external trainer for The Forest (PC, Steam, 64-bit). It runs in its own window next to the game. There is nothing to install and no game files are modified.

Features:

Player: see health, stamina, hunger and thirst live, and refill any of them (or all at once) to 100%. Unlimited building option: blueprints build without owning or using any resources, and holding the Build key places pieces rapidly.
Animals: spawn rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, lizards, sea turtles, tortoises, deer, boars and crocodiles. You can choose the amount, the spread and a "trapped" option. Includes a "kill all animals" button.
Enemies: spawn cannibals (regular, female, fireman, skinny, painted tribe), pales, skinned, mutant babies, Armsy, Virginia and Cowman, at a chosen distance. Includes a "kill all enemies" button.
Items: drop any of the game's 186 pick-up items on the ground (logs, fuel, meds, weapons, armor, story items...). Search by name or id, then choose the amount and spread.
Time: skip 1 h to 1 day, jump to morning, noon, evening, midnight or any hour, and change how fast time passes. The day counter follows.
English and French interface. The menu follows your Windows language, and the button at the top right switches between them.
Hot reload: when a new version is released, it updates inside a running game without restarting.

Requirements:

Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
.NET Framework 4.8, already built into Windows 10 (version 1903 or newer) and Windows 11.
The Forest, Steam version, launched with the normal 64-bit executable (TheForest.exe). The 32-bit and VR versions are not supported.

How to use:

Start The Forest and load a save.
Run ForestSpawner.exe and click "Inject into the game".
Use the tabs. Playing in borderless window mode, with "Always on top" ticked, keeps the menu visible over the game.

You need to inject again each time the game restarts.

Good to know:

Multiplayer: spawning animals or enemies and changing the time only work for the host. As a client, you can only drop items that the game can sync. Only use it with your friends' agreement.
Peaceful mode: enemies cannot be spawned, because the game disables them.
Your save stays a normal save. Unlimited building only turns on the game's own build cheat; it doesn't turn your save into a Creative game.
Antivirus: trainers load code into the game, so some antivirus programs may flag the file as suspicious. This is a false positive, but only download it from the page where it was published.
Privacy: the menu works fully offline. It only talks to the game on your own PC (127.0.0.1) and collects no data. The only thing it saves is your language choice, in %APPDATA%\ForestSpawner.
