A horror platformer inspired by the visual style of PS2-era games and combining dark 2.5D pixel graphics. The player takes on the role of an inspector sent by a private military company to an abandoned Underdog Corp research base - a place where illegal experiments on people were previously carried out. Inside, he encounters dangerous test subjects with robotic limbs. During fights, the hero loses body parts, replacing them with parts of his opponents. With each implant, he becomes stronger, but loses his humanity.
The main weapon is a universal device that can turn into a powerful firearm or a baton. There is a parry mechanic: if you press the button in time, you can block the enemy's blow and counterattack.
