This first-person fantasy role-playing game is set in the kingdom of Monares, where the governor of Freymore has gone missing and mages warn of a threat to the realm. As an agent of the king, the protagonist investigates the disappearance and tries to avert the danger.
The world is explored through grid-based movement, while combat is turn-based. Players create a character by choosing from five races, skills and equipment, then follow the main story and take on optional side quests. Activities include casting spells, brewing potions, enchanting items and persuading inhabitants; inns also offer a card game with three decks.
