No mosaic removes censorship boxes from Sims when taking a shower/bath/toilet, when vomiting, changing diapers, etc.
Installation:
1. Unpack the downloaded archive.
2. Copy the contents of the archive to the Mods folder (My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods).
3. Play!
