This is a separate version of the holiday home "More purchasable places and new types of places." It's often been suggested that we make a standalone version, so here it is.
With this, you can buy vacation homes (also known as apartment buildings) for your Sims.
This mod is a standalone version of my holiday homes. If you are already using this mod, you don't need it!
How this mod works:
1) Enter the Build Buy of the Lot that you want to become your Holiday Home. Change the venue type to Holiday Home.
2) Return to your household and use "Buy Holiday Home" via the computer in the "Homemade Pie" menu.
3) Your Sim will buy a vacation home and go there. You will receive a Money Pop Up transfer upon arrival where you need to transfer the current amount to your holiday home.
4) To build a Buy on a lot, you need money in your “Rest House”. To transfer money later, click “Transfer Location”.
5) To sell a Holiday Home, use "" in World View.
