They Always Run is a side-scrolling action-adventure platformer set in a sci-fi setting. The main character in the game is a character named Aiden. He is a mutant with three arms who hunts the heads of the most dangerous criminals in the Galaxy. According to the plot, the hero will be drawn into a “conspiracy of galactic proportions.” The character can use the third hand to interact with the environment, throws and perform targeted attacks. In the game you can upgrade your equipment and learn new abilities. The developers also highlight unexpected twists in the narrative.

Overall a great game.
The plot, although simple, is nevertheless interesting. There is even an interesting twist. There are not enough missions, I would like more. There is also clearly a hint of a sequel that I would love to play. The universe has an interesting lore, which we touch only lightly, so there is quite a lot of room for story development, be it a sequel or a prequel. A special plus for the humor.
I liked the graphics, the pixel strite art looks stylish, the creators went to the trouble of drawing the hero’s lighting from all sides, which looks great in motion.
The music is a bit monotonous and lacks musical support for the action taking place on screen. For example, when you are cutting up enemies with all your might, and the music at that moment — calm ambient.

В целом, отличная игра.
Сюжет, хоть и незамысловат, но, тем не менее, интересен. Даже присутствует интересный твист. Миссий маловато, хотелось бы больше. Также явно есть намёк на продолжение, в которое бы с удовольствием поиграл. Вселенная имеет интересный лор, которого мы касаемся только слегка, поэтому вполне есть, куда развиваться сюжетно, будь то сиквел или приквел. Отдельный плюс за юмор.
Графика понравилась, пиксельная стпрайтовая рисовка смотрится стильно, создатели заморочились с прорисовкой освещения героя со всех сторон, что в движении смотрится здорово.
Музыка слегка однообразна, не хватает музыкальной поддержки действия, происходящего на экране. Например, когда ты вовсю разделываешь врагов, а музыка в этот момент — спокойный эмбиент.
