Titanic is an action-adventure game about exploring the wreck of the ship and nearby underwater caves in a diving suit. The objective is to navigate maze-like levels, activate switches to open doors, and find and retrieve treasure.

Fish, squid, and sharks pose hazards, and the diver can fight them with a limited supply of harpoons. Collisions deplete the oxygen supply; when it runs out, the level restarts. Oxygen tanks are scattered throughout the levels, while passwords let players resume from the start of a completed level.
