Trainz is a model railroad simulator centered on collecting rolling stock and scenery, building routes, and operating a working railway. The collection includes locomotives, railcars, buildings, landscape objects, plants, and animals. A landscape editor lets players shape the terrain and create a railroad layout, then take the driver's seat and view the journey from the cab.
