This Halloween adventure with horror elements follows Amelia, a maid accompanying the young witch Charlotte on a trick-or-treating trip that leads them to a cursed mansion. After Amelia is left alone in the vast house, she must explore it and uncover its dark past in the hope of seeing Charlotte again.

In Trick & Treat, players explore rooms, solve puzzles, and encounter ghosts and dolls. The game includes romance, multiple endings, and nine dead ends. A hidden room becomes available after the Normal or True ending, and Amelia gets a new outfit on a second playthrough.
