A first-person adventure with survival, crafting, and puzzle elements unfolds in an open world where the protagonist searches for traces of a lost Mayan civilization. Clues from the archaeologist Joanna guide the hero toward artifacts and new locations.

Players explore deserts, forests, waterfalls, beaches, and ruins, gathering resources and blueprints to craft equipment. Reaching the artifacts involves finding clues and overcoming traps, platforming challenges, and puzzles, while also managing food, water, sleep, and health. Hostile survivors can be fought with firearms and melee attacks; survival mechanics add challenges to the linear adventure rather than forming the basis of a sandbox.
