This action-horror game is set in a medieval fantasy world and follows an anti-hero who raises a zombie army to take revenge on the king. Defeated enemies can be turned into soldiers, and combat offers up to ten different combo attacks. The undead troops trade crude remarks during battles, which are backed by a metal soundtrack.

The journey spans four main areas, with each area's fifth mission leading to a confrontation with the king. Ad Hoc multiplayer supports versus matches against up to three other players as well as cooperative play.
