Cooperative horror for survival for 1-4 players, in which researchers descend into the depths of an abandoned underground hospital. Their goal is to find and endure mysterious creatures known as Test-Subject, to the elevator, but it lies in wait for many dangers.
The study of floors requires caution: traps, unknown enemies and closed areas that require joint actions make single sorties extremely risky. Any noise can attract enemies, so secrecy and adaptation - the key to survival. If the enemy notices the researcher, there are two options: to run from all legs or try to distract him, throwing objects.
