Enhanced Harpoons.

Improves the functionality of the harpoon, allowing the user to customize all aspects of it. Force enemies to approach, faster or slower, increase the distance you can travel before the harpoon breaks. Eliminates the frustration of trying to catch snakes when they keep wriggling away.
