The Runic Cape enhances stamina recovery, passive HP regeneration, increases your character's speed, and allows for carrying heavy weight when worn.

Manual installation:

- The mod needs to be on the server for configuration synchronization (this is still in development).

- Download the latest version of Bepinex according to the author's instructions.

- After launching the game, a configuration (cfg) file is created, and you can modify recipes and values.
