Valorborn

A role-playing sandbox set in a dark fantasy medieval world. The game emphasizes freedom of action and the simulation of a living world. Players determine their own path: they can wander alone or gather a party, engage in hunting, trading, stealing, or mercenary work, gradually shaping their own story without a rigidly defined plot.

The game world operates independently of the player's actions: NPCs live on a schedule, factions vie for influence, and events unfold dynamically. Exploration is completely open — every building and cave is accessible without conditional restrictions. The gameplay is enhanced by survival, crafting, and camp systems, as well as mechanics of stealth and crimes with consequences.

Progression is based on the player's actions, allowing for the development of a playstyle — from open battles to stealthy approaches. There is an option for both solo play and managing a group of characters with customizable appearance and backstory. An additional layer of tension is created by the permanent death system, where every decision can have irreversible consequences.
