Vampire Rush combines tower defense with survival action. Captain Greg must defend the gates connecting the vampire underworld to the world of the living, fighting vampires, werewolves, and their minions as they attack.

The player can place four types of towers on the map and upgrade them, while also developing Greg’s skills. Eight skills are available, including special abilities involving fire powder and a freezing reagent. Enemies range from vampire minions to Dark Lords, and combat takes place in 3D dungeons.
