This virtual reality role-playing game takes place in a fantasy realm inhabited by undead foes and other enemies. In Vanishing Realms, the player fights with weapons and magic, searches for artifacts and treasure, studies mysterious writings, and overcomes magical wards.
Combat uses physical motion controls: attacks, dodges, and blocks are performed with tracked controllers rather than button presses. As the player ventures deeper into the world, enemies grow more powerful and weapon skills improve. Areas to explore include ancient tombs and forests, while treasure chests and weapon shops offer further points of interaction.
