Virtua Fighter 5 is a fighting game featuring a roster of 17 combatants, including two newcomers: El Blaze, a Mexican Lucha Libre champion, and Eileen, who learned Monkey Kung-Fu from her grandfather. Matches pit fighters against skilled opponents, while the Offensive Move maneuver lets them approach from the side and adds a tactical element to combat.
Victories and competition earn prizes and in-game money, which can be spent on items to customize fighters. Options include costumes with four distinct patterns and accessories that can be attached to different parts of each character’s body.
