The main action takes place on an island in the heart of the Mediterranean. The once picturesque place has turned into a real hell, filled with mutated people and monsters. The main character goes there on a rescue mission, but things don't go according to plan, forcing him to make an emergency landing. The character is trying to find a way to get out alive from a place teeming with enemies and find out the truth about the origin of a dangerous virus. The game features an open world, skill leveling, a shelter building system, item crafting, dynamic weather, cooking, hunting, day and night cycles, and controlled transport.
