This visual novel follows Narumi Kouki, a student who secretly writes a risqué romantic comedy manga for a weekly magazine. Only Mihiro and Toa know about his work until he discovers that Rokuonji Kaoruko, the school’s student council president, is the manga’s illustrator.
The student council needs a male representative, and Kouki agrees to join on the condition that his manga work remains confidential. Vice President Ashe opposes his joining, while requests and problems from other students continue to come before the council.
