A turn-based tactical strategy game set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, combining traditional chess with a separate combat mode called Regicide. Players command an army of Space Marines or Orks, manoeuvring units across the board and using weapons, tactical abilities and psychic powers. Each side has its own strengths, weaknesses and abilities.
The 50-mission single-player campaign follows Captain Dracomedes and the Sons of Sanguinius fighting for Hethgar Prime. The game also offers skirmishes against AI opponents and matches against other players: Classic follows traditional chess rules, while Regicide adds multiple phases of combat. Armies and units can be customised, and ability loadouts adjusted to suit a chosen strategy.

I have long wanted to play chess in a beautiful wrapper, at first I was delighted. But the weak AI can’t keep you in the game for long, and beautiful finishing moves become boring, so the skirmish mode was quickly abandoned. If you play, then only for the sake of company. Online is dead
Я давно хотел сыграть в шахматы в красивой обёртке, поначалу был в восторге. Но слабый ИИ не может долго удержать в игре, а красивые добивания приедаются, поэтому режим схваток быстро забросил. Если и играть, то только ради компании. Онлайн мёртв

First of all, I want to thank the site vgtimes.ru for the opportunity to play this masterpiece.
I'm not very familiar with warhammer games and strategies in general, but I liked the game. Nice graphics, plot, abundance of abilities and beautiful character animation delighted me. However, there are a couple of shortcomings, for example, when you shoot at an orc, the bullets fly past at another figure, but it doesn’t give a damn, it just stands there.
I give this game 4 orcs shot in close combat out of 5 and I think that it may well be worth the money on Steam.

Прежде всего хочу поблагодарить сайт vgtimes.ru за возможность поиграть в этот шедевр.
Я слабо знаком с играми warhammer и стратегиями в целом, но игра мне понравилась. Приятная графика, сюжет, обилие способностей и красивая анимация персонажей привела меня в восторг. Однако есть пару недоработок, например, когда стреляешь по орку, мимо, пули летят в другую фигуру, а ей по фигу, стоит себе и стоит.
Ставлю этой игре 4 застреленных в ближнем бою орка из 5 и считаю, что она вполне может стоить тех денег в стиме.
