This turn-based rogue-lite RPG follows a bloodline of gladiators fighting to the death in the arenas of Indiekingdom. A warrior can die permanently, but each fallen fighter helps strengthen the lineage: their spoils and renown contribute to improving those who follow. After a victory, the player also decides the fate of a defeated opponent, and that choice affects the reward.
Battles include one-on-one, two-on-two, and free-for-all matches, either against other players or alongside them. In co-op PvE encounters, a team takes on bosses with distinct skills and fighting styles, risking the permanent loss of a warrior. Experience, attributes, and perks help shape each fighter’s approach, while weapons and armor allow gladiators’ gear and appearance to be changed.
