This third-person action game follows the Prince and his celestial cousins as they roll katamaris across Earth to fulfil requests from the King of All Cosmos’s fans. The katamari gathers objects as it moves, growing large enough to pick up progressively bigger things, from underwater creatures to mountains and famous landmarks.

Each stage centres on a different request and challenges the Prince to form a katamari of the required size. A two-player cooperative mode has each player control part of the clump, while the competitive mode returns with three size scopes for contests in rolling and collecting.
