Set in 2495, this science-fiction shooter blends cyberpunk and film noir elements in a future where catastrophic climate change has driven humanity into underwater cities and the stars. After the terrorist Valarans free scientist Phillip Nahj from a maximum-security prison, the Federation tasks John Cole with tracking him down and bringing him in alive.

Combat takes place in space, underwater and on foot. The action follows a fast-paced rail-shooter design across 20 levels, while the visuals combine 3D and hand-drawn animation.
