Wide Sky is an arcade game built around physics challenges in which the player trains a hedgehog to perform acrobatic feats. More than 40 trials use ropes and special abilities, including deploying a parachute, controlling the wind and summoning a vortex.

The challenges vary according to the abilities in use. Players must smash orbs as quickly as possible and collect stars, while built-in stats track their performance. The rope physics can also be adjusted.
