Review about the game Zombie State: Rogue-like FPS

An incredibly frustrating game. It is like Groundhog Day. Customer Service never gets back to you with an answer. The game malfunctions and doesn't give you credit for terminating Zombies in the Challenge Section of the Chapters. Also, can someone tell me what a "Dark Seraph" is? I thought they were the big dudes in overcoats, but I never get credit for killing them. Can someone tell me?
