Tormented Souls 2 Sells Over 100,000 Copies, More Content On The Way

Dual Effect has announced that it has sold 100,000 copies of the horror game Tormented Souls 2, which is inspired by classic Resident Evil titles. The studio also revealed that new content for the game is in the works.

Tormented Souls 2 is a fixed-camera horror game that continues the story of Caroline Walker from the first installment. To save her sister, the protagonist ventures into a mysterious clinic located in the provincial town of Villa-Ess, finding herself in the midst of a new nightmare. The game has received an impressive 87% positive rating on Steam. Critics have praised its atmosphere, diverse puzzles, well-crafted locations, intriguing bosses, and appealing graphics.
The project was released on October 23 for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG), PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
