All the Safe Codes in Signalis
During your playthrough of the sci-fi action game Signalis, you will encounter locked safes. To open them, you will need to perform a few simple actions. Today, we will tell you how to find the correct combinations for the safes in class 4B, the office, and the medbay.
In Signalis, you can find three wall safes, which require a unique code to open. To get these, you'll need to solve several puzzles. Some codes may differ from those mentioned in the article.
Class 4B Safe Code
A note titled Service Request Form F-29 lies on a table in the northern part of the staff room, stating: The wall safe in class 4B continues to reset to the default combination. What's the point of the entire code transmission system via radio if our safe can only be opened using the code provided in the manual? This tells you that there must be a manual somewhere containing the combination.
The first safe you'll see is in class 4B, located on level B1. Head to the observation room on level B1 and pick up the aperture card from the box. The entrance to this room can be found in the corridor, in its upper left part. Nearby, there's also the surface access room. The door can be opened with the protector key, which lies on an orange bench in the northwest corner of the Aula, next to Class 4B.
Leave this room with the aperture card in your inventory and move up. Here, you'll find the library. Right there, you'll find a microfilm viewer. Interact with it to study the document and find out the correct combination. Flip to the third page and find the current safe code there.
- Safe code — 204512.
Inside, you'll find the class key. Sooner or later, you will receive a radio device and a list of frequencies. This is the key to cracking all the codes in Signalis, however, the first safe appears before you gain access to the receiver.
Office Safe Code (Tree)
The next locked safe is located in an office on level B2. It bears the image of a tree. Before you can open the safe, you need to find and unlock the butterfly box, as well as acquire the receiver that allows you to tune into radio frequencies.
Now, you must find the Frequencies document. It's located in the interrogation room, positioned above the northwest corridor on B2.
The receiver allows you to tune into any of the frequencies listed in the note obtained in the interrogation room. Obtain the five-digit code, which will help open the necessary safe.
Keep in mind that your codes may vary from the examples in the guide. Below are examples of passwords:
Moon = 051.000 = 204512
Sun = 080.000 = 82459
Scales = 117.000 = 82335
Rook = 145.000 = 16785
Tree = 185.000 = 15083
Sword = 239.000 = 48434
Use the receiver and tune into the frequency with the Tree. For this, find the menu located slightly above the inventory. Once you are tuned to the correct frequency, the correct combination will appear in the lower left part of the screen.
Medbay Safe Code (Sword)
Head to level B3 and visit the medbay. Here you will find a safe with a sword engraving. Following the principle described above, you will have to solve a small puzzle. First, we need to obtain the SWORD document, located in the Waiting Room, which, in turn, is behind a door with 5 locks. You can get here from the lower left corner of the East Corridor. The document lies on the seats in the left corner of this room.
Now go back to the medbay and examine the safe. Write down all the symbols that are on the safe's keys, and match them with the letters indicated in the found document. One of them will be hidden. It can be guessed that this symbol equals an additional key on the keyboard.
Example (keep in mind that your codes may vary from the examples in the guide):
Using the previous code and this cipher, we got the code 48434, which corresponds to H?HBH. The only letter present on the input panel and missing in the document is F, giving us the final combination — HFHBH.
Match the letters on the left side with the symbols on the right, based on their location. For example, the symbol in the upper left part of the screen corresponds to the number in the upper left corner. The hidden numbers from the document are easy to find — they follow in standard sequence: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-0.
Return to the Frequencies document and tune the receiver to the frequency associated with the Sword. Look at the row of numbers that appear at the bottom. All that's left is to match these numbers with the symbols and enter the correct combination to the safe.
