Assassin's Creed Shadows Interactive World Map

Traditionally, developers from Ubisoft put a lot of effort into recreating a world for full immersion into the desired era. This time they did not disappoint: feudal Japan is well-recreated, and the new season system has revealed the possibility of greater diversity in locations. Let's briefly look at each of the regions in Assassin's Creed Shadows.
World Map of Assassin's Creed Shadows
The map presents a piece of Japan as close to reality as possible, which was part of it back in feudal times. Although the game's action takes place in a relatively small part of Japan, the developers managed to highlight several landmark settlements:
- Izumi Settsu.
- Yamashiro.
- Omi.
- Iga.
- Harima.
- Yamato.
- Wakasa.
- Kii.
- Tamba.
Izumi Settsu
The region where the starting missions take place and which is available from the very beginning, as the enemy level there is minimal. It houses 45 collectible items, among them a large number intended for Naoe's additional activities.
Yamashiro
The second most challenging area, recommended for users of level 10 and above. It has a sufficient number of special places for both characters, but primarily castles prevail.
Omi
The next area also requires a significant increase in characteristics: characters of level 18 are awaited here. Located along the lake, it is suitable for those who want to advance in collecting Jizo statuettes.
Iga
We will visit here early on when we first get acquainted with Naoe, but this location unlocks only upon reaching 23 power. This region has very few items for collection or achievement, half as many as in the others, and there are no castles at all.
Harima
The recommended level is no different from the previous region — again 23. Here you can find an increased number of fortresses available for exploration.
Yamato
It is recommended to explore the features of this region only after obtaining 29 power. Unlike other places, there are slightly more monasteries concentrated here. It also has the highest point in the game.
Wakasa
Also suitable for 29 power and above. Here, like in Omi, there are plenty of Jizo statuettes, and you can also complete additional activities for Yasuke.
Kii
One of the final locations, recommended for level 35 and above. There are many castles, monasteries, statuettes, and legendary chests, but almost no fortresses.
Tamba
The last area in the game. Not very saturated, with a little bit of various activities presented. However, this is typical for the later stages of the playthrough.
