Assassin's Creed Shadows: Harima Takagi Kofun Walkthrough

To solve the puzzles in the tombs of Assassin's Creed Shadows, brute force may sometimes be required, which is possessed by one of the main characters of the story, the samurai Yasuke. In this guide, we will tell you how to find Harima Takagi Kofun, solve all the puzzles, and obtain valuable items from the legendary chest.

The burial can only be completed as Yasuke. The ancient ruins are located among the burnt fields of Kanki, directly under the Takagi-Otsuka fortress in the southern part of Harima. The nearest viewpoint is Mount Haba.

Note that the entrance to the tomb is in the heart of an enemy stronghold, guarded by two swordsmen and one brute. You can infiltrate the kofun either stealthily or through direct confrontation — the choice is yours.

Near the descent, pick up the clay vessel with a flammable mixture. Descend and use it to clear the stone barrier. Continue moving until you reach a hall with enemies. Here you will face three fighters and one heavily armed warrior — it will not be possible to bypass them unnoticed. After victory, destroy the bamboo partition on the left side of the room. Proceed straight, then turn right and descend to the first left turn to open the chest. Returning, climb the ledge and enter the next chamber, having first searched the case on the left.

In the hall with the stone sarcophagus, eliminate the enemy and move right to the next stone blockage. Circumvent the obstacle on the right side, deal with a group of enemies, and in the room with burial structures, find a new explosive vessel. Use it to destroy the previously encountered barrier.

Afterward, go straight, then left, crawl under the wall and climb up. From the stairs, turn left to open the case, then return and continue straight. This will bring you to a room with a box and a stone blockage. Move the wooden container to the place you came from.

In the left room, move the box at the passage to the side, granting access to the explosive pot. Transfer it to the previously moved container, climb up and throw the vessel as close as possible to the stone barrier, then detonate the pot. Continuing through the tunnels, you will discover scaffolding and a new group of enemies.

Behind the structures, find an explosive vessel — it needs to be used at the stone blockage from the side where you entered the hall. After the explosion, ascend the corridor and search the chest, then descend back down. Blow up the last barrier, behind which the legendary chest is hidden.

To the right of the chest, find the passage through which you can roll back to the beginning of the tomb and exit the dungeon.
