The quest can be found on the target board. Go to the Shinbakufu category and select the mission located under the name "One-Eared". Executioner Nanatsumatsu is located west of Amagasaki Castle, in the western part of Izumi Setsu. Be careful: if you are spotted before you kill the executioner, he will deal with the captives. You can preemptively kill all the guards to simplify the task.

The most convenient path is through the northern part of the camp. Climb a short section of the wall where there are no sharp logs. To your left, one guard is patrolling. Wait until he leaves.

After that, perform an aerial assassination on the guard below. Then quickly reach the soldier standing in the opening right behind the executioner. Act swiftly: the executioner may turn around. Once you are close, eliminate him.

Once you've dealt with the executioner, eliminate the remaining enemies. Be careful and stay away from the captives — if you accidentally kill them, the mission will fail. After the victory, free the three prisoners.
